Imperial Might
  • Major boost to Imperial Crackdown:  Make all contraband a severe risk to carry unless certain precautions are taken
  • The Rebellion should be in hiding along the same scale that Jedi should be
  • Much cheaper faction perks than the Rebellion has to pay (Imperial War Machine)
  • Imperial Recruiter acquired single use Schematics for superior versions of existing weapons (i.e. An Imperial T-21 does more damage than a standard T-21)
  • More AT-STs and AT-ATs patrolling at times, taken away and brought back by barges and such. However, allow means to slip past them if you take precautions: fake IDs and papers, disguises, decoys, etc.
  • Make Imperials more dangerous, but not by killings
  • Troops landing outside of town.
  • Parade of force by local military
  •  Imperial Recruiter acquired single use Schematics for superior versions of existing Armor          
 Combat
  • BRING THE BATTLEFIELDS BACK!!!!
  • General Desire for Brute Force feeling of combat  (positive mods for being grouped?)
  • The Empire is weak alone (negative mods when alone?)
  • Ability to call in TIE Bomber strikes dealing AoE damage over a radius
  • Spend faction for a temporary use of an AT-AT (single use item?)
  • High Ranking Imperials should be able to have a “Bomberstrike” like ability that calls in a squad of Stormtroopers

  • Ability to call in an npc operated contraband scan on opposing factioned Special Forces
  • Ability acquired through rank to conduct contraband scans yourself on Special Forces of the opposing faction
  • PvP Terminals, where a Special Forces can register, and receive an email when a PvP Base is under attack
 Planetary Control Meta-Game
  • Turrets, AT-STs, AT-ATs, and AT-PTs patrolling the perimeters of NPC Cities under Imperial Control
  • Star Destroyers one can land their TIE in and walk around on: they only spawn in space surround planets under Planetary Control ( >>> See Imperial Blockades)
  • Imperial Blockades:  Ability to block travel by Space or Shuttle system to Combatant and Special Forces Rebels
  • NPC Purveyors of Imperial Propoganda (PCMG Cities)
  • Make the PCMG active on all buildable planets          
 Roleplay
  • More Sub-Factional NPCs: Imperial Army/Navy, Stormtroopers, Survey Corps, COMPNOR, COMPFORCE, IIA, ISB
  • Imperial Guild Halls w/ Imperial NPC spawns
  • Imperial City Halls, and Politician place-able spawn points, Imperial npcs
  • Imperial Starship Terminals/Spaceport
  • Imperial Shuttleports that have Lamda taxis instead of current model

  • Increased Imperial visibility in every npc city possible (The Empire is everywhere!)

  • Move Vader and the Emperor to a major Fortress or a Star Destroyer
  • Imperial Thempark Re-Vamp
  • Optional Responsibilities (Guard Duty)
  • Obligatory missions to maintain rank
  • Make rank matter  (AT-ST requires a certain rank threshold before it can be called)
  • Rank Based Ability to call in single use Shuttle transports
  • More Imperial Music files (keyed up to play by Droids?)
  • /Attention:  Lets you stand at attention rather then being all fidgety
  • Colonels are occasionally called before Emperor/Vader, to be rank demoted if the summons is refused
  • Display any rank already earned
  • Completed suits of Stormtrooper armor being worn gives the option to display a “TK-421” style name
  • Provide a method to earn medals
 NPC Behaviors
  • NPC Stormtroopers salute all Imperial Special Forces
  • Imperial NPCs under attack call in for backup, which should be near at hand
  • More Stormtroopers harassing NPC civilians when you walk through town
  • More mounted NPCs on patrol… speeders and dewbacks
  • NPC Purveyors of Imperial Propoganda (PCMG Cities)

 

Other Ideas and Notes:

  • You can be arrested and sent to the detention center. But you are immediately released after a quick cutscene or wipe. You receive a message from your benefactor. The Regional faction leader will explain that they sliced your record so the authorities wouldn’t see you were a criminal. Unfortuantely your leaders (or employers if Corporation) are not pleased, having to bail you out like that will cost you some faction points and some money for their trouble. Don’t get arrested!
