This is meant to address the problem that we are only using about half or less of the surface worlds and space around the various worlds we have.
1) This upgrade would expand all current planets to be as large as they should be.
2) It would also expand all space sectors doubling them. Thus paving the way in the future perhaps for larger PC ships, and more planets in each of the systems.
3) It would rearrange the galactic map that we use to travel from world to world to organize planets by the Territory they are in.
The Galactic Territories are in Order:
Core Worlds
Colonies
Inner Rim
Expansion
Mid Rim
Outer Rim
( These are the territories that are important to this time period there is also the Deep Core, Unknown Regions and Wild Space)
Within each of these we'd place the appropriate worlds.
Core: Corellia ( and Talus )
Colonies:
Inner Rim:
Expansion:
Mid-Rim: Naboo ( and Rori ), Kashyyyk,
Outer Rim: Tatooine, Dantooine, Endor, Dathomir, Yavin, Lok
That's the only ones we have in game right now .
When you'd pull up the galactic map it would bring up a map showing the different territories, you'd click on one and then choose your world
This interface would make it easier to add new worlds to the game.
Since we have no Colonies, Expansion or Inner Rim worlds in game they could be greyed out just there to let folks know the devs are aware of the additions.
If they added all my worlds in my 4 expansions thus far you'd get these others worlds :
Core: Balmorra, Coruscant, Graveyard of Alderaan
Colonies: Yinchorr (?), Carida (?)
Inner Rim: Falleen ( some source say its in the Colonies some in the Inner Rim just stuck it here ), Chagrian,
Expansion:
Mid-Rim: Rodia, Trandosha, Bothawui, Iridonia, Ohma-D'un ( a moon of Naboo )
Outer-Rim: Gand, Gamorr, Eriadu, Isis, Sanctuary, Thila, Dentaal, Roche Asteroid Field, Ghorman, Ryloth, Orto, Calamari, Uvena,
4) Improved 3D engine to make the planets, moons, stations, and asteroids move more realistically ( LithiumCommando )
5) Improved ground based graphics so that when you look up you can't see through Planets, Moons, Stations, Destroyers, etc.
