In the days following the Battle of Yavin a new hope was born the galaxy, that perhaps resistance was not futile. The former slave of Grand Moff Tarkin, Ackbar returns to his homeworld with the help of the Alliance and the Chagrian. With the Chagrian's help the rebellion frees Mon Calamari from the Emperor's yoke. It becomes the first world to declare itself in Open Rebellion to the New Order....
 
To crush this insignificant rebellion the Emperor initially placed a fleet in the command of the newly promoted Vice Admiral Thrawn. Thrawn began to study the enemy through his keen eye of art. The Emperor's overconfidence led to impatience. He ordered Thrawn to attack, Thrawn informed the Emperor that he was not yet ready to attack but would proceed when ready. The Emperor in haste removed Thrawn from command of the Fleet calling him back to Retreat for further contemplation. THe fleet was given to another. Thrawn warned that without studying the enemy they would lose. The Emperor dismissed that the peaceful Mon Calamari's could stand against the Imperial war machine. The Imperial fleet was destroyed.......
 
The second greatest loss to the New Order next to the loss of the Battle of Yavin one month earlier....

New Races:
 

Chagrian
: Hailing from the world of Champala. These are powerfully built amphibians, Mas Amedda is a Chagrian...he served as an advisor to Chancellor Valorum and later to Chancellor Palpatine. ( He is the advisor in Phantom Menace and Attack of the CLones with the two sets of horns one going up and one down, females only have the lower horn set not the upper one. ) Chagrian possess Safe Environment: Radiation and do not suffer from Environmental Hazard: Radiation. Chagrian are Amphibious and Deep Ocean Dwellers.
 

Gungan
: Hailing from the world of Naboo. Though fairly peaceful the Gungan's have maintained an army for as long as memory can serve, the Gungan Grand Army. All Gungans at one time or another are part of the Grand Army. This leads to some military training on their parts. +5 General Ranged Accuracy, +5 Unarmed Accuracy ( I had to think of something to give em ). Gungans are Amphibous.
 

Mon Calamari
:  The mon Calamari gain a +5 Shipwright Experimentation bonus in addition to their existing abilities to represent their races skill with shipbuilding. Mon Calamari are Amphibious. Mon Calamari speak and understand Calamari.
 

Quarren
: Sharing the homeworld of Mon Calamari with the race by the same name, these are an amphibious species that dwells in the oceans of Mon Calamari where the Mon Calamari dwell on the land. Quarren blame both the Empire and the Rebellion for the great destruction of cities on their worlds when the Empire made its crackdown, even now with mon calamari free they view both sides of the war with suspicion and tend to drift towards the underworld. Spice Experimentaion +15. Quarren are Amphibious and Deep Ocean Dwellers. Quarren speak and understand Calamari.
 
New Planets/Moons:
 
Existing Worlds: The existing worlds would need additional graphics to represent the oceans depth to 50m. Travel in these oceans down to a depth of 50m can be done by Amphibious races without any equipment. Worlds that would have to have graphics: Corellia, Naboo.
 
Calamari: Sometimes called Mons Calamari.  The homeworld of the Mon Calamari and the Quarren. The Quarren cities are in the Mon Calamari Ocean Zone ( see further notes below ) while the Mon Cals live on the land. The world is nearly 90% water. Mon Calamari is another tale of the early rise of the New Order. They could build ships very well. As such their world was subjucated.  Land that exists on Mon Clamari is marshy and consists of bogs mostly. The Quarren and Mon Cals tried to resist but cities were obliterated from orbit, their husks still dotting the landscape...
 
Finally under the inspired leadership of Ackbar with allies from the Chagrian the Alliance to Restore the Republic has claimed its first known world.......
 
Those coming to Mon Calamari's starports are scanned.....imperials and criminals are dealt with appropriately when found.
 
Calamari Floating Cities: Cyrstal Reef, Coral City, Coral Depth's City  
 
 
Champala: The homeworld of the Chagrian was once a beautiful resort world until the Empire.......When the New Order was first being established the Emperor ordered mining surveys of her oceans. Local contractors where hired but disaster struck causing pollution to cover nearly a third of Champala's oceans. The resorts as a result had to close. The Empire has generously offered to clean it up but a heavy price has been entolled, taxes nearly ten times the normal. ( Champala has an Imperial Clean Up Tax on pretty much everything of 20% ....vendor sales, maint, you name it ). In addition the clean up could only be done by offplanet contractors according to the Empire.  If it were not for the Imperial Fleet overhead Champala would quickly follow Mon Calamari's lead. All persons travelling through a star port of Champala are scanned....rebels and criminals are dealt with appropriately if found.
 
In addition to the pollution 10% of Champala's land is heavily radiated due to early bombardment by its unstable sun ( the sun has stabilized in the millenium since but the radiation still remains in parts of the world )
 
Champala is a Jungle world with about 70% oceans. The Chagrian arose on her beaches and that is where their cities are, mostly submerged at High Tide.
 
Corellia: New port city: Kolene.
 
Ohma-D'un: Another of the three moons of Naboo, Ohma-D'un was settled by the Gungans shortly after the Battle of Naboo that occred 10 years before the Clone Wars. Its colonization was overseen by Representative Jar Jar Binks........The moon today has little population actually and only a single starport. It's land is swampy and oceans cover nearly 70% of the moons surface.
 
New Space Zones:
 
Champala: An Imperial fleet is always watching Champala. The space sector here should contain 2 Loronor Strike Cruisers and an Imperial Escort Carrier, this is just representative the remainder of the battle fleet here is off map.
 
Mon Calamari: A Rebel fleet is always watching Mon Calamari. Probably should have a Mon Calamari ship in system perhaps two...though a bit smaller than the MC80 Cruisers we see in ROTJ...the remainder of the fleet is off map. A significant POI would be the Shipyards of Mon Calamari that are even now constructing the warships of the Rebellion. Another POI is the destroyed remains of an Imperial Star Destroyer.......
 
Naboo: Ohma-D'un would be added.
 
New Deep Ocean Zones:
 
A new type of zone similar to space but to represent the oceans of the galaxies below the surface. Non amphibous races suffer a 1/2 reduction in melee damage. Non aquatic modified weapons suffer a range reduction of 1/2 ( Note an aquatic modified weapon suffers the penatly outside of water )
 
These zones represent the deep oceans of the world. ( Those seas below 50m of the oceans surface )
 
Races that are Deep Sea Dwellers can enter these zones unaided others require special gear.
 
Travel from a land zone to a water zone can happen in one or two ways. One can take a ship from the dock ( a new city structure made by architects ) or one can swim out into the ocean and then dive down. In the cases of swampland one could when they find a place to swim dive down as well.
 
Champala: Champala's oceans would be nearly a third polluted, Imperial progress on the cleanup is slow despite the heavy taxes.....
 
Corellia: Nothing out of the ordinary, some exposed machinery from the planets interior from when Corellia was moved here long long ago.......

Calamari: POI would be the underwater shipyards used to build the ships that drove off the Imperial forces in Mon Calamari.
 
POI/Dungeon: When the Rebel forces destroyed the Imperial fleet over Mon Calamari a section of a Imperial Star Destroyer crashed into the oceans. The flooded section now is occupied by aquatic creatures. Rebel Salvage crews are working to find anything useful from the ISD that might aid the rebellion. ( would have loot boxes for folks to get loot from, source of CAs and AAs, also the occasional exceptional weapon ).
 
Krakana: Deep Ocean Predator......A fierce looking creature with a long spine covered boy that narrows to a pair of powerful spiked tail fins. Its powerful jawws have several rows of fangs flanked by one to three tentacles on either side. Each tentacle ends in a razor sharp pincer. Krakana cannot be blinded.
 
Chaorn: A fearless blue like eel that scavenges the oceans of Calamari. It can sense the presence of anything wounded within a large radius and will attack anything wounded including other Chaorn immediately. The Quarren use them as a foodstuff.
 
Other aquatic animals: Lungfish, Dreiil, Whaladon, Krabbex, Juggerhead, Giant Squid, Lampfish
 
POI: Dive-ball Arena.
 
Naboo: although a bit out of the context of the galaxy we would place Otoh Gungan in this zone.
 
From the days of the Trade Federation a crashed ship of droids remains in the depths of the ocean. For those brave souls who venture into this aquatic dungeon you can find schematic for droid engineer to make battle droids.
 
Critters: Colo Claw Fish, Laa, Opee Sea Killer,
 
Ohma-D'un: Relative virgin oceans with a single city of the gungans here.
 
New Environmental Hazards:
 
Aquatic: This represents the danger to non water breathers of drowning. Entering such a zone without proper equipment will result in health wounds.
 
Deep Ocean: This represents the danger not only of drowning but of the extreme pressure as you go farther down into the ocean. Enterering such a zone without the proper equipment will result in health wounds.
 
Pollution: This type of hazard will kill you over time giving you health wounds at a fixed rate. It represents toxic chemicals or agents in the immediate area.
 
Radiation: This type of hazard will kill you over time giving you health wounds at a fixed rate. Radiation is strong enoough to quickly raise your rad count and kill you here.
 
 
Profession Stuff:
 
Architects: New structures than can be placed both on the surface of ocean and another set in the ocean zones. These are more expensive to maintain than normal structures.  New coral based furniture is added as well. Dock city structure that can be placed in coastal player cities.
 
Armorsmith: Chagrian racial armor, Imperial Aquatic Stormtrooper Armor ( Recon Armor), Imperail Radiation Stormtrooper Armor (Recon Armor), Other armors could be modified to give Radiation protection using materials made by tailors but they would decay in a radiation zone and need repairs within 3 hours of entering such a zone. Likewise armor could be modified to be aquatic use enabling breathing underwater...this type requires parts from DE and tailor. Aquatic Armor likewise downgrades.
 
Gungan Item: Personal Energy Shield
 
Artisan:
 
New vehicles: Sailboat, Luxury Yacht, Waveskimmer ( a hydrofoil type vessel seen in star wars comics and video games. These vehicles are used on the surface of the ocean on the land maps. They function like our current swoops and stuff. They do allow mulitple passengers. At the same time encode such that the X-31, X-34 and the AV 21 can each hold 1 passenger in addition to driver.
 
 Underwater vehicle: Gungan Bongo ( This carries a pilot and up to two passengers )...moves underwater at about the speed of the X-34 does on land, Personal Bongo ( a faster bongo made for carrying only the pilot ) moves about the speed of the speederbike on land though underwater. Racing Bongo ( a personal bongo further modified to increase speed for racing underwater, moves about the same speed as a swoop but underwater. )
 
Calamarian Minisub: This is a civilian nonarmed version of the minisub used to patrol the waters of Calamari.
 
Rebreather: This allows someone to breath in the upper ocean ( not the Deep Ocean zone ) and also is a component used in Tailor Frogsuits and Deep Ocean Suits. The Rebreather will stop working after 3 hours of continous use though an artisan can recharge it.
 
Bio engineer: New aquatic pet clone schematics.
 
Chef:
 
Chagrian tuber dish that grants temporary immunity to radiation zones. 
 
Calamarian Tea or C-tea: A tea brewed from sea plants, allows one to stay in the aquatic ( not deep sea ) zones for a short time.
 
Choarn Steak: A Quarren delicacy this food gives a bonus to the swimming speed of the eater.
 
Creature Handler:
 
New pets that they can train from existing animals as well as from clones BEs make as well ( I meant for em too but didn't say it so due to Kalano I'm adding it )
 
New aquatic mount:
 
Keelkana
Home World: Mon Calamari
The Keelkana is one of the more timid creatures of Mon Calamari and is often used as a mount by both the Calamari and the Quarren. It was also the traditional mount of the Mon Calamari Knights. The creature is both Aquatic and Deep Ocean.
 
Dancer: 2 new dances, one from Mon Calamari, one from Champala, one of these is the wave.....
 
Droid Engineer: In addition to the components for aquatic armor they also can make new droid modules that allow droids to be pulled out in ocean zones. These modules need tweaking by a DE after 3 hours of use. ( This module includes a watertight body and apparantus necessary to swim )
 
Battle Droid Schematic through Trade Federation Wreck Dungeon in the Deep Ocean of Naboo.
 
Medic: Cambylictus Extract. Used by the Gungans in medicines this extract which can be found in the swamps of Naboo and of Endor can be used to enhance medicines. ( Also usuable by Bio Engineers in their medical crafting ).
 
Musician: 2 new songs, one from Mon Calamari, one from Champala
 
Shipwright:  Mon Cal starships....at least one mon cal multiship. Mon Cal ships are made especially good for aquatic species though others can use them as well. One Mon Cal fighter design in each category for Neutral pilots....though produced in lesser numbers at this time due to the fact that they needed to make captial ships at Mon Calamair itself.
 
Smuggler: Spice Revamp ( assuming it didn't happen before this...spice would keep the downer since it has no fill but would be made better in respect to power and duration, new types of spice added that add short term damage reduction and accuracy bonuses ( yep I'm a chef and suggesting this for em )
 
Tailor: Environment Suits ( Four types initially...Frogsuit ( can go into oceans to 50m depth..so land zone oceans only, gives a bonus to swimming speed), Deep Ocean ( for Deep Ocean Zones), Radiation, and Pollution ). The Enviro suits allow you to operated inside the appropriate environment for up to three hours. They can be repaired if used for less time if unequipped. New clothing for Gungans , Quarren, and Chagrian.
 
Weaponsmith: New weapon module ability to make weapons 'aquatic' An aquatic weapon does not suffer the range penatly in an ocean zone...but does have it in the normal zone.
 
Gungan Weapons: Electropole, Energy Balls ( ammo type used in Cesta and Atlatl ), Cesta ( this is the long staff that had a small energy ball cradled in its tip. ) and the Atlatl ( a shorter version of the cesta that would also allow the use of the Personal Energy  Shields ).

Imperial: AT ST Swimmer, Aquatic Storm Trooper, Radiation Storm Trooper
 
Rebel: Seaspeeder, Chagrian Trooper
 
Bases:
 
Aquatic versions of the bases would be added....rebel ones spawn chagrian or mon calamari, imperial ones spawn aqautic storm troopers, at st swimmers, and rarely and at at swimmer.
 
Patrols:
 
Champala's Land and Ocean Zones are heavily patrolled by Imperial Forces ( Including AT - ST, AT -ST swimmers, aqautic troopers etc. )
 
Mon Calamari's Land and Ocean Zones are heavily patrolled by Rebel Forces ( Chagrian and Mon Calamair troops mostly...)
 
Theme Parks:
 
Rebel: Commander Ackbar ( now promoted ) is currently on Mon Calamari following its freedom. Mon Mothma is there as well to see the people of Mon Calamari.
 
Imperial: Vice Admiral Thrawn is at the Retreat. Vader has left the retreat and is now touring the imperial garrison on Champala. Veers has left the retreat, now General he is in charge of the garrison on Champala. Mara Jade is secretly now on Mon Calamari......
 
There would of course be new missions. Some Ideas:
 
Thrawn: You'd go and get a rare piece of artwork from Champala, another from Mon Calamari, and yet another from Kashyyyk.
 
Veers: You go about collecting evidence on another Imperial Generals illicit activities, Veers will present the information to Lord Vader.
 
Emperor: Send you on a pickup misson to Mara Jade to get data from her observations
 
Lord Vader: Seeks more information on this Skywalker...who destroyed the Death Star.....
