My last two expansions dealt with the Empire and the Alliance, however they are not the only powerful entities or factions that ply the galaxy. This expansion deals with certain underworld elements, including Jabba the Hutt and his criminal empire as well as that of his enemy Valarian.

Weequay: The Weequay have course gnarled skin which enables them to blend into their native desert climate. They have a topknot of hair which grows out and they often wear these braided. It is said the number of hairs indicates their time away from their homeworld of Sriluur. The weequay like the Falleen exhibit natural pheromones, where the Falleen's are pleasant the Weequay are smelly and disgusting to most creatures. They use these pheromones to communicate among themselves. They can learn to speak basic and many other languages though if they chose and will use such to communicate among others. They initially speak Huttese and Weequay ( their pheromonal language ). Weequay cannot be learned by non Weequay even smugglers. The Weequay have a few bonuses. They have a +5 Terrain Negotiation. They have a +10 Desert Camouflage ( for planets like Lok, Tatooine, Sriluur and others ). They suffer a -10 to Mask Scent due to their pheromones. They are a violent people. They gain +5 Melee Accuaracy and +5 Melee Defense. They also have safe envrionment extreme heat.

Whiphid: Lady Valarian is a Whiphid. She is the primary competitor of Jabba the Hutt on Tatooine. The Whiphid race is covered in an ivory colored fur. THey have a pair of massive tusks that extend from their long low slung faces. They are fierce predators well suited to their cold world of Toola. Many are bounty hunters and bodyguards throughout the galaxy. In game they have safe environment extreme cold. They possess a natural melee attack which they can utilize, the accuracy is based on melee accuracy. They can attack with these once a minute without interuppting their normal attack routines. They have a +5 Melee Accuracy.
Bespin: Until the founding of Cloud City Gas Giant mining was considered unprofitable. Other operations had tried at Bespin, Tibannaopolis for example. However none were truly profitable until Could City was founded. Using tractor technology to harvest the spinned tibanna gas at the lower edge of the cloud layer Cloud City found itself very profitable. Lando Calrissian recently took the post of Baron Administrator and has opened up other aspects culturing the opening of casinos, restraurants, and even a tourist section. He is the most popular and probably the wealthiest of the Baron Administrators that Cloud City has ever known.
Bespin is unique from many gas giants in that it actually has a supportable ecosystem and a life zone. The very basic lifeform are the glowers and the pinks. The Pinks are the algae which is so numerous and gives Bespin its rosey color. The glowers give teh clouds a pale purple light, it is this light that makes those from Cloud city viewing the night side of Bespin to imagine ethreal magnetic mountains in all directions.
Animal life exists as well from the docile Beldons which can range from 800 meters to nearly 10 km is size. They are shaped as flat bottomed spheres. They are rethen/oxygen breathers, and they get their rethen from the algae. There waste product includes the all valuable Tibanna gas. They seek to avoid conflict, however if the herd is in danger they will sacrifice one of their own to save it.
Hunters exist to like the v-shaped wing predator called the Velker. Like all life on Bespin the Velker's use a form of self-generated electric fields for locatmotion and navigation. The Velker's however can use this with devastating effect to release a bolt of electricity at prey. They can grow to the size of a small starship.
Cities: Bespin, Tibannaopolis.
POI: Holiday Towers ( moderately expensive hotel, owned by Jabba the Hutt ), Yerith Bespin ( extravagent hotel ), Stratoshere ( low priced by Cloud City standards hotel ), Figg and Associates Museum of Art, The Masque Hall, The Careless Club, Otherworld Encounter, Bespin Motors.
Kessel: A once vibrant terresterial world, Kessel suffered a fate similar to that of Alderaan and Caamas and many other worlds. An ambitious Imperial General took control of an invention called the Ionic Ring. Designed to help mitigate the effects of harsh weather the Ionic Ring was meant to be a tool to aid people. The Empire made it a weapon. Using it the Empire set up such atmospheric distrubances that the atmorsphere itself of Kessel burned away. With it went the life of the world. Now cleaned of all unnecessary elements Kessel was ready to serve the Empire. Now a penal colony for mining that feeds the Emperor's shipyards at Kuat and Fondor and many other worlds. Kessel has massive machinery that generates a false atmosphere that sustains a modecrem of life. Of benefit though is the fact that Kessel is also the source of spice. Smugglers often run missions between Kessel to Jabba, VAlarian, Prince Xizor and about anyone else that will pay for it.
Nal Hutta: A huge world Nal Hutta seems to almost defy physics but not really. It is the total lack of heavy metals in its composition that frustrates miners though. Nal Hutta in Huttese means Glorious Jewel. Today most lookers down upon it would not think so, save for a few flat bog areas Nal Hutta like its moon is covered with the construction of the Hutts. With palaces, shops, museums, casinos, and whatever else could be built. They do not rise as high as Nar Shaddaa but they still rise high into the sky.
Nar Shaddaa: The spacport moon of Nal Hutta, Nar Shaddaa is a collection of refueling spires, warehouse, and starship repair facilities. These facitlies rise far enough to nearly reach orbit. There is no landmass left upon the moon not covered. It is a smuggler haven, a haven of lawlessness. It is from here that most of the Hutts deal with those they hire. Nar Shadda is also tidal locked to Nal Hutta. There are two periods of lightness on Nar Shaddaa. There are the day when the sun directly warms the planet, and their is also the night when the reflected light of Nal Hutta lights up the night sky such that it isn't truly dark. There are also the strange period of true darkness when Nar Shaddaa is located in the shadow of Nal Hutta.
Sriluur: A harsh broken desolate wasteland Sriluur is occasionally broken up by broken shrublands. It is the home of the Weequay and also to a sizeable population of the Houks. The most recent war between the Weequay and the Houks ended just before the Battle of Yavin. The Empire has come to Sriluur, it being on the edge of the known galaxy it has made an excellent place for the Empire to set up a massive mining operation. The Houks and The Weequay now serve the Empire. Neither is willing to fight against the Empire at this time yet the Alliance continues to try to woo them. Large stripmines can now be found on Sriluur. Its product goes to Kuat. It is rumoured that some of it disappears and might be going to the alliance. Sriluur possesses the Environmental Hazard: Extreme Heat.
Toola: A barren windswept world this world is located in the Outer Rim of the galaxy. It is rumoured that during the last days of the Old Republic that a Jedi seeking to escape the purge came to Toola with a collection of records. He was hunted down and the records where believed destroyed....but were they?. Home of the violent Whiphids and the legendary Snow Demons, Toola is not a world for the feint of heart. Toola also has the Environmental Hazard: Extreme Cold.
Bespin: The space sector of Bespin is filled with activity for ships coming and going to Cloud City. Some are just gas transports, others the yachts and personal vehicles of visitors.
Y'toub: This is the system that has both Nal Hutta and Nar Shaddaa in it. Full of Hutt fighters and smuggling ships it is a busy place.
Sriluur: Having been converted into an Imperial Mining Operation, Sriluur is filled with Imperial Ships. Mostly Cargo Ships, however there is also some fighters to help provide defense. Imperial Ships routinely scan those that enter the system, though as always a few slip through due to insufficient fighters.
Toola: Toola doesn't have much problem with the Empire having escaped notice for now. Its skies though do harbor pirates and smugglers who use it for a safe haven.
New Rules:
Sabacc: a card game played in most every casino, it involves a standard deck of four suits (sabres, coins, flasks, and staves), each having 11 regular cards (1-11) and four ranked cards (the Commander, The Mistress, the Master, and the Ace). The ranked cards are valued from 12-15. The standard deck also includes 2 sets of 8 face cards, known as The Idiot (0), the Queen of Air and Darkness (+/-2), Endurance (+/-8), Balance (+/-11), Demise (+/-13), Moderation (+/-13), the Evil One (+/-15), and the Star (+/-17. The object is to come as close to +/-23 as possible. A score of greater than 23, less than -23, or 0 is a "bomb-out." There are multiple rounds played, and wagering occurs in each round. Two pots may be won; one for each hand, and one for the entire match. In each hand you are dealt 5 cards.

Such may exist upon the world of Toola, though the Emperor's agents claim that they destroyed all the records noone can be certain they did so before the Jedi made copies. A hidden library exists somewhere on Toola that Jedi may discover. Here they may find artifacts that can aid them with force and force generation,

Shipwright:
YT-1150: One of the earliest of the YT series. This one resembled a loaf of bread which had been cut lengthwise into three pieces and layed out.
YT-1210: One of the predecessors of the YT-1300 this has the familiar saucer shape but lacks the mandibles of the YT-1300.
YT-2400: A descendant of the YT-1300 this actually goes more back to the YT-1210. It has the familiar saucer shape, but lacks the mandibles. Its cockpit is heavily braced to better protect the crew from any unsavory types. Its mass to thrust ratio means that it can support about twice the cargo of the older YT-1300.
Z-95 Mark I: An earlier version of the Z-95 used by the alliance, this was a swing wing fighter but otherwise holds most other elements of the common Z-95. Commonly used by Planetary Governments, Pirates, and Privateers these days.
Trickster Starship Decoy System: From Corellian Engineering Corp comes the final word in decoys. This decoy system sends out an electromagnetic and holographic image of the ship carrying it. Commonly used by smugglers, pirates and privateers in their endeavors. Possession of such is considered a class B infraction by the Empire.
Smuggler: Smuggler mission terminals located in Jabba’s Palace and also in the Lucky Despot ( for Valarian ). Another at the Flip of the Credit casino on Rodia ( for the Black Sun ), another in Nym’s Stronghold ( for Nym’s Pirates), and then also one on Mon Calamari, one on Orto and one on Corellia Alliance). Jabba has a Second terminal at the Holiday Towers in Cloud City, Bespin. In addition Bespin Motors and Figg & Associates also have nonaligned Smuggler Terms ( that generally deliver to the Alliance but not always. )
Completing missions gains you faction for them, failing a mission places you on the BH terminals until you can make it good with your employer ( who will generally charge outrageous interest rates….for example Solo’s cargo was worth less than 12,000 credits….however by Jabba’s estimates Solo owed him well over 200,000 credits….) or a BH brings you down. Either way you get off the terms.
Smugglers can take the Artisan item Sabaac Deck and make a Marked Sabaac Deck. ( This is basically slicing the deck)
